Jean-Claude hails from Bayonne, the chocolate capital of France, so it is no wonder he is a chocolatier that creates miniature masterpieces. His handmade chocolate truffles are a favorite, particularly around the holidays. He also creates handmade Easter bunnies and fruit or chocolate-filled Parisian macaroons and always uses the very best dark, white, and praline (nougatine) chocolates.

His cookies include an assortment of delicious sablees or French butter cookies that are flavored with almonds, lemon or orange zest. There are also financiers, which are elegant hazelnut cookies, and Tuiles – a delicate almond cookie. The palmiers, sometimes known as “elephant ears” are always a special treat. Those seeking something on the lighter side may enjoy the meringues, which nearly melt in your mouth.

The petits fours are elegant miniature cakes made with a wide variety of flavors and decorations , one more beautiful than the next and each one a delicious work of art.
